Crémants
The wealth provided by the Beaujolais terroirs is a kaleidoscope of colours and flavours. Not least of these are the delightfully surprising Crémant de Bourgogne made using the traditional method and sparkling rosé made using the Gamay grape. Beaujolais is brimming with festive bubbles!
Crémant de Bourgogne:
Crémant de Bourgogne is made using the Chardonnay grape. The robe is straw-yellow with golden tints.
The bubbles are fine and form a delicate pearl necklace around the rim of your glass.
Citrus, floral or mineral aromas and flavours are partnered by a fresh elegant mouthfeel, making a perfect balance between the strength of the aromas and the lightness required of this celebration drink.
Sparkling rosé:
Made using the ancestral method, our sparkling rosé is wonderfully exuberant in its dark pink robe. The aromas are tantalising and flavours and mouthfeel are mild and smooth!
These wines will always cause a stir at apéritif time or served with a dessert!
